He has advised more than 40 AI companies and supported over £150 million in equity raised, with a track record of launching and mentoring 20+ startups across Europe and the US. He is a frequent keynote speaker and cited thought leader in AI and innovation.

Bruce Elliott-Smith

Founding Partner

Bruce is a Grammy Award-winning entrepreneur, advisor, and investor with a background in fundraising, scaling and exiting over 50 companies across technology, media, and entertainment. As a prolific business angel, he brings deep domain expertise in the creative industries and serves as a commercial advisor across multiple early-stage ventures.

Andrew Irwin

Founding Partner

Andrew brings over 20 years of experience in venture capital, with a particular focus on SEIS/EIS structures. He has backed more than 60 early-stage companies and is a co-founder of MICAP, a leading provider of research tools for tax-efficient investments. Andrew is a recognised expert in fund structuring and investor strategy across high-growth UK businesses.
